PLAYTIME – Mayor Felix E. Roque and the West New York Board of Commissioners cut the ribbon on May 31 to Dewey Park, a brand new play space for children and adults alike to enjoy this summer. Thanks to a Community Development Block Grant, the park has been renovated to provide West New Yorkers with a new park on Dewey Avenue between 64th and 65th streets to relax and rediscover their love for their town. Dewey, a long-abandoned space, has been transformed into an urban oasis, replete with chess and water spray areas and a brand new jungle gym.
